Donald E. McGinnis, Jr., J.D., P.C. was established in 1973 as a general practice firm to serve clients with a need for all types of representation. The firm evolved over the years to offer specialized service in several key areas of the law: divorce and family law, including child custody, child support, spousal support, and post-judgment issues, criminal law, driver's license appeals and restoration and expungements.
With the addition of David J. Chiappelli in 1999, the firm has grown. However, it remains true to its core values of hands-on representation and building productive attorney-client relationships.
