Tammy L. Olter is the Legal Administrator for the firm. She is responsible for human resources, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Tammy began her legal career in 1994, as a Paralegal working for Donald E. McGinnis, Jr., J.D., P.C. In addition to her Legal Administrator responsibilities, she assists attorneys with case management from the inception to completion of a case. This includes legal research, client interviews, drafting of pleadings including complaints, mediation/arbitration summaries, trial briefs and compiling discovery requests.
Tammy joined the Oakland County Bar Association as a Paralegal in 1995. In 2010, she was appointed and chaired the Paralegal Committee for 2 years.
While working for the firm, she attended University of Detroit Mercy earning her Bachelor's Degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Legal Administration and was promoted as the firm's Legal Administrator.
